We cover reprinting costs or refunds for:

• Faulty Printing: Blurry, distorted, or incorrect colors.
• Spelling Errors: Mistakes on the product.
• Incorrect Color Delivery: Wrong color sent.
• Unwanted Color Stains: Color stains on the product.
• Other Errors: Any errors from our products or services.
• Damaged During Transit: Broken or damaged products.
• Wrong Product: Incorrect item received.
• Lost in Transit: Lost orders with a correct address.

To request assistance:

1. Submit a return request within 30 business days of receiving your goods.
2. No returns accepted after 14 business days, and returned goods before a request will be forfeited.
3. Customers are responsible for return shipping labels. Instructions will be emailed.
4. Refunds processed in 5-10 business days.

We cannot accept returns for:

• Incorrect print selection.
• Wrong size choice.
• Customer-provided spelling errors or incorrect information (for custom products)
